this is not a tax but a jac liner bus with body number 8407. it happened last night (jan 3) around 7 pm. the driver kept on talking on his mobile phone even while we were on the road. he was on the phone from sta rosa exit-coke plant up to balibago commercial complex. he was also on the phone when the bus was in magallanes bridge going to south expressway
