i am from diamond hotel to terminal 3 i requested driver to please have the meter put on but refuses because the rate is 280.00. According to the taxi driver theirs no need to on the meter since the rate is already fixed. I insisted but still he refuses. Around 7:30pm in Potrero, Malabon near Malabon Zoo We just have to go to Monumento Circle just a 10 minutes drive. But we noticed three things: 1. He doesn't use his taxi meter as in no light at all and no kilometer report. 2. He doesn't give us the receipt even if we demanded for it. 3. He doesn't have change. he was suppose to give us 10 pesos change but he said, he only have 1 peso left..

Yung taxi driver nagkokontrata habang umaandar yung taxi. dahil gabi na raw may plus daw ung bayad. Napansin namin hindi binaba ang metro sabi niya Ph350.00 daw papuntang Provident Village, Marikina. Sabi namin sa driver i-metro lang babayaran namin basta nakametro lang hindi pumayag yung driver. Ibinaba pa kami sa madalim na lugar buti nalang may isang taxi na nakasunod dun kami sumakay.

01:15pm from Monumento, Caloocan City (Grandcentral) to 10th Ave., Caloocan City Hall. Driver was very rude and didn't turn the meter on till we get to our destination and demanding for an specific fare amount. He might be doing this illegal transaction everyday since he's been waiting right in the front of the mall all day. Please find a way to teach this driver a lesson.

On 01/16/2011 at around 1:00 PM, we took this taxi from Nayong Pilipino to NAIA Terminal 3. Di namin napansin na hindi naka-on yung meter nitong driver. Tinanong ko sya kung bakit di bukas metro nya at sumagot sya nang 'mas mahal pa yan kung may metro.' Pinagsabihan ko sya pero nanindigan pa rin at nagyabang pa na ok lang raw na kunin ko plate number nya. going down the airport area, Driver: "OK n b P300" & I only noticed meter is off. Me:”my last taxi fare going to airport only cost P168” He :"traffic kasi s a C5 ginagawa flyover sa kalayaan" me: " di aabot ng P200" he:” P250” me: "what can I do?" we're on the hiway already. at C5, he was silent seeing the traffic in the area he mentioned to be very fast. Still I gave P250. Kick this Driver instead.

usually all taxi that was waiting at the under pass of magallanes do not use meter and is avercharging passengers.Their reason was that they waited for so long there kya binabawi nman nila sa pasahero..would it cost 350 from magallanes to airport?

This Taxi Meter was covers by a adhesive tape which make the passenger unable to see the meter, specifically the Amount Meter. I was wonder-struck that he said his Taxi was a AIRPORT METERED TAXI. He also show his passenger a Tariff, which shows prices per destination. in DOLLARS. Though I was not a Foreigner, he charged me P5 per KM without saying his Flagdown. Upon arrival he charge me P100, now not basing from his meter

Driving unmetered, driver confirmed destination was NAIA term2, then demanded 1200p - 5x normal price – but we told him 500p (MUCH more than the 20min ride should cost). After paying, we realised he had deliberately left us at term1 not 2! We then sent 1hr getting to term2. Unacceptable that taxi drivers can take advantage of foreigners & treat customers like this. His license should be revoked for illegally driving un-metered, overcharging & deliberately leaving us at the wrong destination.
