My friends and I were on our way from Robinson's Place Manila to Taft. My friend approached him to ask if he can have us then when he saw that there were 4 of us, he turned off the meter and said "tig 50 nalang kayo." We were already on the road and it would be a hassle to get down from where we were.

Refused to turn on meter, asked how much the meter rate was from Cubao to SM North. I mentioned 100 because that was the regular rate. When I got to the destination, he insisted to be given 20 pesos more, and I declined, and he insisted threateningly. He looked at me threateningly as I walked out and watched me enter the apartment, as if he was thinking of doing something wrong because he was angry.

Taxi picked us up at Paranaque. Agreed to take us to Cavite. Driver then says that he's charging us P1000 for the trip because a trip that far is fixed rate. We bargained for a cheaper fare and said that 500 pesos is more than enough for the whole trip. He doesn't have a working meter and insisted that we paid P1000. And so we paid since he was angry and we were fearful for our safety.
