At 9:45 PM last Jan 28, me and my friend hailed this cab to go to Alabang Town Center (we're only coming from SAV17 in Las Piñas). He wanted us to pay the fixed rate of P200, saying that it's the usual going rate to Alabang. Of course, we refused. Why would I pay that much if it only takes me P140 from MIA Road to The Fort on a regular day?

Malicious mischief

The taxi driver had multiple violations. First, he drove a few meters before saying that we pay him a P150 contracted fee instead of using the meter (Taft to Pier 15), because he allegedly will have difficulty getting passengers from our point of destination. We noticed his meter wasn't calibrated, that might be why he insisted on the P150. Then, the most frustrating thing of all was he dropped us off at the wrong destination! He thought me and my friends were going to Pier One, not Pier 15!
