Rude behavior

DO NOT RIDE THIS TAXI! Here is a list of weirdness: Taxi driver opens his door to wave a white flag with random scribbles on it. Windows have been boarded up with bond paper with random words. Taxi driver folds bond paper while driving. I hate to say this but it sounds like the makings of an episode of CSI or Criminal Minds. DO NOT GET INTO THIS TAXI
