Rude behavior

Upon boarding this taxi, driver asked where I want to go, when I told him SM Megamall he seem to refuse but since I was already inside his taxi, he said there was heavy traffic in EDSA, he said we should go through Skyway and should pay him extra and when I asked is he going to pay for the toll fee for Skyway? That's when he became rude. Kick this taxi!!!
