the meter keeps on dropping fast and he wants us to add 100 pesos because it's traffic.

Over charging

that taxi driver charged us up to 400 while the metro only showed 270 pesos and he asked for a so called "merienda" ticket and that pissed me and my friend off he is such a jerk

Contracting

Upon getting in the taxi, the driver drove for a minute or two and then told us to add 50 pesos because he said our destination had heavy traffic. On the way there was no traffic and then when we asked him to turn left, he didn't hear and asked again where but he raised his voice. He did actually turn left but turned at a U-turn slot and not the right left turn. He got angry and then missed another turn o we got off his taxi immediately.
